Launched at last month's Melbourne Boat Show, the new Bar Crusher 620HT is the smallest model in the Bar Crusher Hard Top range.

Constructed from heavy duty, pre-stressed 5mm (bottomsides) and 4mm (topsides) marine-grade plate-aluminium, the new 620HT measures 6.80m LOA with a 2.35m beam. The hull features Bar Crusher’s Waveslicer™ “non-pounding deep-V hull”; a Rigideck™ sub-floor system; and the Quickflow™ water ballast technology, whereby a cavity that runs the full length of the keel quickly fills with water when the boat is stationary.

Other features include a toughened safety glass windscreen; an all-weather hardtop with full standing room said to offer a 360° unobstructed view from the helm; a spacious cockpit with plenty of fishing room; and an optional anchorwinch.

Serious anglers should note that the design is intended to favour offshore anglers which is why the dash accepts large-screen marine electronics, either flush-mounted or in brackets. The 620HT is rated to carry a 175hp outboard with a 200lt fuel capacity.
